The Spiritual Liberation Tour     Duration:    11 Nights / 12 Days
Destinations : Chennai -Tirupathi- Kanchipuram - Mamallapuram - Tiruvannamalai
Pondicherry- Chidambaram - Tanjore - Madurai - Rameswaram-Trivandrum –Kanyakumari.

Overview: A 12 day spiritual tour through the magnificent, erringly beautiful temples of Chennai. Drink in the traditions and walk on a path to spirituality, by visiting numerous temples and places of worship like Tirupathi, Kanchipuram, Mamallapuram, Pondicherry, etc. Rejuvenate your soul and get away from the materialistic world, revel in the true essence of life.

Day 01: Chennai (Madras)
Upon arrival at Chennai International Airport meet and greet by our representative followed by transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Chennai (Local Sightseeing)
After breakfast proceeds for guided sightseeing tour of Chennai visit to Kapaleeswarar Temple; The Kapaleeswarar Temple situated at Mylapore in Chennai is a prime shrine of Lord Shiva. The temple receives utmost reverence from the residents of Chennai. The temple depicts Goddess Parvati worshipping Lord Shiva in the form of a peacock. Kandaswamy Temple The Kandaswamy Temple built in 11th century by Chola Kings is a sacred shrine of Lord Kandaswamy or Lord Shiva and Lord Muruga, son of Lord Shiva. The temple is also a destination to celebrate Skandasasthi and Parhuni festivals. Later visit to Fort St George-believed to be the first establishment in India. Marina Beach-The longest beach of the world, Snake Farm and National Musuem. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Chennai -Tirupathi (154kms-3 hrs)
After breakfast leave for Tirupathi to visit the famous temple of Lord Venkateshwara on the top of the Tirumala hills. This temple is believed to be the oldest temple in the country and is the richest temple too. Along with visit to 5 other temples in and around of Tirupati. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04: Chennai –Kanchipuram-Mamallapuram (170 kms-3.5 hours) After breakfast drive to Kanchipuram. This city was the ancient capital of the Pallavas and was known for its 1000 temples, many of them are still used to this day. The most famous being the Sri Kamakshi temple. The city is today well known for the silks it produces. Continue driving to Mamallapooram and check in at the hotel. In the afternoon visit Mamallapooram earlier known as Mahabalipuram. This city was a port during the Pallava period. It has some of the most beautiful rock cut temples in South India. It also is home to the famous Shore Temple that is unique because Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu are housed in the same sanctum sanctorum. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Mamallapuram-Tiruvannamalai-Pondicherry/Puduchery (112 kms-3 hours)
After breakfast drive to Tiruvannamalai an important pilgrimage center that has an old temple of Lord Shiva iruvannamalai is one of the Panchabhoota Stalams signifying the 5 elements of wind (Kalahasti), water (Tiruvanaikka), fire (Tiruvannamalai), earth (Kanchipuram) and space (Chidambaram). Continue your drive to Pondicherry or Puduchery. This town has a strong French influence, as it was an erstwhile French colony. Upon arrival check in at the hotel after wash n changes proceed for sightseeing of Poduchery. Visit to Aurobindo Ashram, Churches and free time to relax at the beach. Overnight stay.

Day 06: Pondicherry-Chidambaram-Tanjore (176 kms/4 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Chidambaram to visit the famous Nataraja Temple. The roof of the sanctum sanctorum is gold plated. Here Lord Shiva is depicted as the cosmic dancer-Nataraja. Continue your drive to reach Tanjavur or Tanjore. On the way visit a Brass factory at Kumbakonam. Tanjore was the capital of the Chola dynasty and has the famous Brahadeswara Temple. Check into the hotel overnight stay.

Day 07: Tanjore-Trichy (55kms-1.5hrs)
After breakfast leave for Trichurapalli or Trichy located on the banks of the River Kaveri. It is famous for the Ranganath temple at Srirangam. On arrival check in at the hotel. Later visit to Rock Fort Temple, Srirangam and Jambukeshwar Temple. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08: Trichy-Madurai (135kms-3.5hrs)
Post breakfast depart for Madurai. On arrival check into the hotel. The city is famous for its Meenakshi temple and King Tirumala's Palace, Great Tank and Gandhi museum. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09: Madurai-Rameshwaram (155kms-4hrs)
After breakfast proceeds to Rameshwaram, here you will find one of the most sacred temple town in India. This is actually an island. Legend has it that Lord Rama along with Sita offered prayer to Lord Shiva after defeating Ravana, by praying to a sand Lingam made by Sita on this island. And at this very spot is located the Ramanatha Swamy Temple. Return to Madurai for overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Madurai-Trivandrum (315 kms-7 hrs)
Post breakfast drive to Trivandrum and check in at the hotel. Rest of the time at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11: Trivandrum-Kanyakumari (87kms-2hrs)
After breakfast visit to Padmanasabha Temple- one of the richest temples of the world making it one the most visited places of the world. Continue your journey and visit to Kanyakumari, this is the land’s end of India. It is an important pilgrim center as well, famous for its Amman Temples dedicated to the Virgin Goddess, Kanya Kumari. Visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial as well. Watch the sun set over the sea and return to Trivandrum. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Trivendrum (Departure)
After breakfast visit to Napier Musuem and later will be transferred to International Airport for flight back to home.
