This 3-day Varanasi tour from Delhi offers a mix of spiritual exploration, cultural immersion, and historical insight. You will experience the famous Ganga Aarti, take a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, and explore the Buddhist heritage site of Sarnath. The journey includes visits to iconic temples, time to wander the bustling streets, and moments of reflection along the sacred river, providing a well-rounded experience of this ancient city.

Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi

Catch an early morning flight from Delhi to Varanasi, one of the world’s oldest living cities. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the evening, witness the grandeur of the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. This spiritual ceremony is a highlight, where priests perform rituals with lamps and chants, offering prayers to the sacred river. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Sunrise Boat Ride, Sarnath Visit, and Temple Tour

Begin the day with a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, where you can observe pilgrims performing their morning rituals on the ghats, while soaking in the spiritual ambiance. After breakfast, head to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore the archaeological ruins, stupas, and the Sarnath Museum. Return to the city and visit important temples like the Durga Temple and Tulsi Manas Temple, walk around the narrow lanes of the old city. Spend the evening exploring the city’s vibrant street markets before returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Depart Varanasi

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your hotel, then take a final stroll along the ghats or visit any of the sites you may have missed. Later, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight back to Delhi.
