Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

Cancellation Policy: Clients canceling the tour will not receive a refund. In the event of Indian Spiritual Journeys canceling the tour, a full refund will be issued to the client.

Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment methods may vary depending on the tour package.

Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the journey. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings.

Itinerary Changes: While we strive to adhere to the itinerary provided, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Liability: We do not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the journey. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the booking or journey will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in accordance with applicable laws.
